My business model grew out of a simple question after the NAR settlement: why should buyers and sellers be forced into confusing, percentage-based commission structures when much of real estate comes down to clear guidance, smart strategy, and strong execution?
Segers Home Services Group was designed to give clients direct, professional consulting where it matters most: pricing strategy, contract execution, negotiations, and transaction oversight. Instead of bundling every part of the process into an inflated commission, Bill separates the professional real estate work from the practical tasks clients may choose to manage themselves, such as staging, photography, repairs, or narrowing down the homes they want to tour.
The goal is straightforward: reduce confusion, control costs, and give buyers and sellers experienced guidance without paying more than the work requires.
It's not a discount fee. It's a more efficient business model.
